The Position

Applications are invited for a Credit Controller to work at our Doncaster Site. This is a part-time permanent position, working 32 hours per week (4 days per week).  

As a Credit Controller, your duties and responsibilities will vary on the Company’s requirements but will include (but are not limited to): 

  • Collection of outstanding debts for various companies within SARIA Ltd.
  • Allocate receipts.
  • Create debtors reports from the various accounting systems around the group.
  • Apply for credit limits with credit insurance company and maintain Credit Limit Decision files.
  • Provide help in standardising the credit control policies/ procedures around the group.
  • Provide cover during sickness/holiday absence.  
  • Any other ad hoc duties as requested by the Management Team. 

The Person 

  • Educated to Grade C or above in Mathematics and English at GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Navision ERP System would be beneficial, although not essential.
  • Previous experience of working within a credit control function.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Be able to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
