The Postion 

Applications are invited for a Raw Materials Assistant at our Doncaster Site. This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.   

As a Raw Materials Assistant your duties and responsibilities will vary based on the Company’s requirements but will include: 

  • Collating and distributing daily, weekly and monthly returns.
  • Inputting data to the Raw Material System.
  • Query reconciliation.
  • Checking ABP movement documents.
  • Compiling weekly reports and producing and checking monthly reports.
  • Processing of collections for invoicing.
  • Provision of monthly GRNI.
  • Working collaboratively alongside other members of the Raw Materials team.
  • Any other day to day duties required to fulfil the role.
  • Undertaking ad-hoc projects.
  • General administration duties.

The Person

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Previous experience of using Microsoft Navision and Sage 100 systems would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience of working within a busy administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure whilst meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to priortise workload.
