As part of the ongoing program of business efficiency improvements, PDM Group has implemented a process of legal entity simplification.

Operating a number of separate legal entities is expensive due to the increased costs of administration. Maintaining a complex structure of individual legal entities increases our internal and external accounting and auditing costs.

From 31st December 2012, the following changes will be made to legal entities within the PDM Group:

• Acacia Foods Ltd will be known as “Acacia Foods, a division of Nortech Foods Ltd.”
• Perimax (Scotland) Ltd will be known as “PerimaxScotland, a division of Nortech Foods Ltd.”
• JL Thomas & Co Ltd will be known as “JL Thomas & Co, a division of Granox Ltd.”
• Frome Vale GB Ltd will be known as “Frome Vale GB, a division of Granox Ltd.”
