We are pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Hill as the new CEO of SARIA Ltd UK. Peter will replace Andrew Smith, who will retire from the position at the end of February 2024, after 20 years.

Peter is currently an Executive Board member of SARIA Group, in addition to CEO of Sinova (one of the three operating divisions of SARIA).  Besides his other responsibilities, he will commence his role as CEO of SARIA Ltd on 1^st March 2024, following a one-month handover period.  Peter Hill began his professional career in the food industry in the 1990s, where he was active for 15 years. In 2008, he moved to Mars Petcare, where he held various leadership positions at regional and global levels, most recently as Vice President Research & Development Europe, before joining the SARIA Executive Board on 1^st September 2020.

Peter Hill will lead the UK business in the first phase of an ongoing strategic and structural review, supported by a strong leadership team. We are committed to extending long-term partnerships with our customers and suppliers and to building new and trusting relationships to achieve mutual success. The quality of our service and the products we manufacture are a key factor in this.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Andrew for his leadership of SARIA UK, where he has overseen several hugely significant developments for the company, including the acquisition of PDM by SARIA, and expansion of the renowned ReFood brand into the UK.
